Creating subscription plans

The subscription plans set the price, time period, and perks for your subscriptions. You can set these fields:

  • Plan name: The name of the individual plan, for example Monthly Supporter
  • Description: This is a description of the plan. Here you could put perks for the subscription like access to premium streams or chat access
  • Price: This is where you can set the price for the plan
  • Recurs every: This determines the time period for the subscription. Subscriptions can recur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. We also have support for lifetime subscriptions
  • Purchasable: If this is enabled viewers can purchase this subscription
  • Giftable: If this is enabled viewers can gift this subscription to other viewers
  • If your subscription is external:
    • Select your external provider.
    • Enter the URL where users can purchase the subscription.
    • Enter the remote role ID. The is the ID of the user group or role for subscribers on your external platform.
