In order to create a subscription, click new on the top of the subscriptions page.

In order to edit a subscription, click on the Manage button next to an already created subscription within the Subscriptions section of the manager panel. You can edit these fields:
Deleting a subscription
On the plan of your choice, navigate to danger zone, click delete, and confirm your choice.
