Connecting to Facebook

This can be helpful if you plan to use lobbies for streaming and you’d like to quickly create Facebook events without needing any setup through Facebook. By using a media integration, your Facebook account will be linked in your realm and Facebook streams will be created automatically when Realms.tv streams are scheduled.

  • Enter the manager panel
  • Optionally you can create a media integration that can be used throughout the entirety of the realm, or you can create media integrations that can only be used on specific channels or by specific users
  • Navigate to media integrations
  • Click New
  • Select Facebook as the type
  • Name your media integration
  • Optionally add a description
  • Optionally let other managers use your integration. Otherwise this integration will only be accessible to you
  • Click Link Account
  • Login to Facebook
  • You’ll be redirected back to your realm and your Facebook account will now be connected.
